Originally from Michigan, Paul Arpin brings over 25 years of luxury real estate sales and marketing experience to his role at Premier Sotheby's International Realty. He helps buyers and sellers of world-class, high-end real estate find and sell condominiums and homes from Pelican Bay to Port Royal.

Paul's career began in Chicago, where he quickly rose to become one of the top producers at Inland Real Estate — one of the largest real estate and financial groups in the country. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's, Paul ranked in the top three percent of all associates in Naples and #4 out of over 650 agents at his previous firm.

A member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Paul is known for his accurate market intelligence, skilled negotiation, and unwavering commitment to his clients' best interests. Outside of real estate, he is a boating enthusiast who enjoys time on the water with his wife, two sons, and daughter.

With more than 17 years of distinguished experience and over 300 successful transactions, Michael Giacalone is a trusted global real estate advisor at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Broad Avenue office in Naples. Licensed in both Florida and New Jersey, Michael has built an award-winning career defined by strategic insight and exceptional service.

Michael has consistently ranked among the top-performing agents in the industry — including being named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and ranking among the Top 100 RE/MAX agents in New Jersey. His background in advertising and construction gives his clients a distinct advantage when evaluating new construction, remodeling potential, and staging strategy.

A full-time Naples resident, Michael is dedicated to building lifelong client relationships through a concierge-level, high-touch approach. Outside of real estate, he enjoys golfing, boating along the Gulf Coast, and exploring the world of architecture and design.

Peter Reppucci, global real estate advisor in Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Broad Avenue office, began his career in Naples in 1993 and quickly became active in the development and marketing of luxury real estate in Port Royal, Olde Naples, The Moorings, and Park Shore.

He is respected by clients and colleagues for his command of the Naples luxury market and for listening closely to what buyers and sellers need. Peter has taken part in many of Collier County's largest residential transactions and has earned numerous sales awards throughout his career.

His general contractor's license has led him to help coordinate the construction of notable beachfront and waterfront homes—experience in design, permitting, and build quality that strengthens his negotiations and his guidance for clients who are buying, building, or remodeling. Luxury buyers work with Peter for his integrity, communication, and negotiation skill; many return for their next move and refer family and friends.
